What information should an approved FAQ answer contain?
Answers should be owned by the responsible business function, dated where terms can change, and limited to confirmed ROXARA practices.
Why are commercial answers not copied from the reference site?
Payment terms, lead times, minimum quantities, shipping, response times, staffing, and export markets are company-specific facts. They require ROXARA approval.
How will FAQ content be managed?
Approved FAQ records will be stored as structured content and edited through Decap CMS after the schema and editorial workflow are finalized.
